8/1/08 New CMS, New Video, New Interviews, New Reviews, & New Photos
Welcome to the brand new Bystander Fanzine, I am back on my own server and using Wordpress. You’ll notice some new content as well, Forfeit came to town and I not only took a few pictures but was lucky enough to have a few friends do an audio interview with them. I review Trapped Under Ice’s Stay Cold, this record smokes. Enjoy, leave comments and spread the news. You’ll also catch some new photos of It’s Alive and some older videos.
Get out your calendar, because August 20th Reign Supreme is comming to Albany with the Carrier. I caught the Carrier a few months ago, the band is awesome and put on a great show.
I am happy to announce Bystander Jam is back. Oct 10th Death Threat will be sharing the stage with some awesome local talent.
5/13/08 Blacklisted Video and Photos
I had some real technical issues but I managed to get some decent video and photos of Blacklisted. Check out some photos of Buffalo’s Rhinoceros who played Albany with Blacklisted last week.
Look for some older photos to come out of the archive soon. Working on a few new reviews and a brand spanking new interview with one of Albany’s best bands.
4/28/08 Video and Photo Update
This was an awesome weekend, and this update proves it. Check out video of the Mongoloids, Legit, Black SS and It’s Alive. Legit is one of my new favorite locals and It’s Alive is Albany’s newest super group (featuring members of One King Down and Once and For All).
I also put up some older photos of Killing Time and Bold. There are also some shots of Heal These Wounds, Call it Fire and Incendiary from when they played Punk Rock Reptile last weekend.
Look for a new layout sometime in the near future.
